Tea is an integral part of the Indian culture and I grew up drinking chai at tea time.
On my first trip to India in 1998, I visited the misty mountains of Darjeeling. I took the historical Darjeeling Himalayan Railways or Toy Train up the windy mountainside and fell in love with the place.
The rolling hills and beautiful mountainside were full of plush tea plantations. I remember early morning walks up the steep hills admiring the women dressed in colourful saris as they elegantly picked tea. My love for tea blossomed.
I have since sipped on tea from all over the world and consider myself a tea connoisseur. My passion for taking an everyday routine and creating a spiritual ritual is what inspired me to create my own tea line.
Each tea is designed to awaken a specific energy and chakra. They come with a guided meditation for manifestation plus instructions on how to do a tea leaf reading to receive insights into your life.
