Hi, I am Lily.
My meditation journey started over 3 decades ago when I was 16 years of age. I was drawn to a book at the library and taught myself how to meditate.
I loved it and found a class at the community center and started studying Buddhist meditation. I learnt a variety of techniques and felt a deep urge to travel to India to continue my studies in the late 1990s.
I have since travelled to India about a dozen times to meditate in holy cities like Varanasi, Rishikesh, Tiruvannamali and in the presence of enlighted masters like Amma and the Dalai Lama.
Meditation is my biggest beauty secret which is what inspired me to create guided beauty meditations.
I love sharing my natural beauty techniques and teaching people how to do my beauty meditations.
