At Brahmi Rituals, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products. Due to the personal nature of our skincare, tea, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund upon review of the issue.
To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email photos of the damaged item and packaging to beauty@brahmirituals.com.

All sale items are final sale.
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
